Dr. Maia-Oumeima Hamrouni is a Senior legal advisor and Associate Professor of Law at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. She holds a PhD in International Law from Paris Descartes-Sorbonne University. Specialized in international law, she works on environmental justice, constitutional reforms, and human rights. Among her main publications : “Responsabilités communes mais différenciées. Contribution à la structuration d’un principe général du droit international de l’environnement”. Maia-Oumeima Hamrouni is associate member of the Research Institute on European, International, and Comparative Law (IRDEIC) and member of the Jean Monnet Chair TRANSITION (Climate Strategies for a Just and Equitable Energy Transition in the Brazil-EU Relations in the Context of the European Green Deal and the REPowerEU).
